With a combined knowledge and experience of 35 years in the catering industry, our chefs have been creating mouth watering recipes for weddings, special occasions, banquets and fine dining experiences. Our menus are drawn from many styles and influences from traditional British and Classical European dishes, to the very fashionable Oriental and Pacific Rim Cuisine.

We are delighted to offer an extensive cellar selection of wines and champagnes from around the world. From the finest from France to the increasing popularity of New World Wines from New Zealand, Australia, Chile and South Africa.
